Last spring, the imagery of Cuoghi Corsello materialized in Cotignola with the appearance of the defenceless body of Signorina (Little Miss), the sleeping witch-child protagonist of their homonymous personal project. The artwork developed in close relation to the history of the site that hosted its progression and was featured in a project curated by Gioele Melandri. This experience led to the creation of the first monographic catalogue dedicated to the duo’s work. The volume marks a fusion where the urban mythology generated by Cuoghi Corsello over forty years of research intertwines with the legends of the Cotignola area, revealing an unprecedented visual fable with nebulous and fragmented boundaries. The catalogue includes textual contributions from Milovan Farronato, Gioele Melandri, and Cuoghi Corsello themselves.
