Covid-19 Protocol

We look forward to welcoming you to Artissima 2021. The health and safety of all Artissima’s attendees are our top priority, which is why we have increased and strengthened measures and procedures following the latest regulations.

All the areas of Artissima are regularly cleaned and the contact surfaces are constantly sanitised. All exhibition stands and services offered at the art fair will be equipped with cleaning products; hand sanitation stations will be located at different points of the pavilion. The safety information currently in place at the exhibition centre will be integrated with additional floor marks and customised sign stands with infographics to promote social distancing. In addition, the exhibition personnel will provide support and ensure the safety of all attendees.

Before organizing your visit to the fair, we invite you to read the Visitors Covid-19 Protocol summarized below.

Here is always available the Specific Information for the processing of personal data Covid-19.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL FOR VISITORS
ARTISSIMA 2021 – ‘OVAL PAVILION’ EXHIBITION CENTRE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Body temperature measurement
All visitors entering the exhibition Pavilion must have their body temperature measured at every access.

Covid-19 green pass
According to the decree-law of 22 July 2021, participation in major events throughout Italy is only granted to those holding a valid Covid-19 green certification (also known as Green Pass) which is granted upon:

  • Holding a vaccination certificate (the first dose is enough if administered at least 14 days earlier)
  • Testing negative within the past 48 hours (rapid antigen test) or 72 hours (molecular test)
  • Holding a certificate of recovery from Covid-19 contracted within the past 6 months

A facility for rapid swab tests will be available at the entrances to the exhibition Pavilion.

Exhibitors not holding a Covid-19 green pass
Visitors arriving from abroad, in particular, from non-EEC and extra-Schengen countries, vaccinated with Comirnaty – Pfizer – BioNtech, Spikevax – Moderna, Vaxzevria AstraZeneca and Janssen Johnson & Johnson (recognised by the European Medicines Agency), NOT holding a Covid-19 green pass will be required to show a vaccination certificate issued by competent authorities, written in at least one of the following languages:

  • Italian
  • English
  • French
  • Spanish

The certificate must include the following information:

  • Personal details of the owner (name, surname, date of birth)
  • Vaccine information (name and batch)
  • Date(s) of vaccine administration
  • Identification of the entity issuing the certificate (state, health authority)

Visitors who do not hold a vaccination certificate because they recovered from Covid-19 must show a certificate of recovery that includes the following information:

  • Personal details of the owner (name, surname, date of birth)
  • Information on the holder’s previous SARS-CoV-2 infection following a positive test (date of the first positive swab)
  • Identification of the entity issuing the certificate (state, health authority)

If for any reason, health or personal, the visitor is unable to provide vaccination documentation or a certificate of recovery, he or she will have to take a rapid swab test at the special pavilion managed by the IRM (Medical Research Investigations) Healthcare Company or in any other authorized pharmacy; a quick swab with a negative result will grant the exhibitor a certificate to enter the trade show valid for the following 48 hours.

The facility for rapid swab tests will be open for visitors during the public days from 12pm to 5pm.

We remind all visitors arriving from abroad that they must fill in the PLF (Passenger Locator Form) before entering the country.
For your convenience, you can download the form here

Access to the exhibition area
All visitors will be able to use a pedestrian line to have their body temperature measured and their Green pass checked together with an identity document.
After the checks necessary to access the foyer, visitors will be able to use the public entrance through the glass doors.

Mandatory use of a mask
All visitors must wear a surgical mask or a mask of higher grade (fabric masks and masks with a filter are not allowed) covering the nose and mouth. A mask must be worn at all times while indoors and outdoors in all areas where visitors cannot keep adequate social distance (the most effective way to prevent spreading the virus). Used masks must be disposed of in the appropriate waste collection containers located throughout the exhibition Pavilion.

Respect of Covid-19 information signs
All the internal and external areas of the exhibition Pavilion and all the common areas will display information signs (mainly marked in red) that indicate the correct conduct and procedures necessary to comply with Covid-19 containment protocols.
The Covid-19 information signs integrate but do not replace the general safety signs in work areas and common areas.

Keeping social distancing
Visitors are to follow the instructions provided by the exhibition staff to comply with the maximum capacity in the Pavilion. In general, they must keep a social distance of 1 meter in the common areas and follow the information signs.

Presence of visitors
In order to comply with the safety regulations to prevent the spread of Covid-19, every person must keep a social distance of at least 1 meter throughout the exhibition area and in the stands.

Sanitation of hands
Visitors are kindly asked to frequently use the hand-sanitising gel dispensers made available by the exhibition centre.

Food and drinks should be consumed in the designated areas
Visitors are kindly requested to eat and drink in the specific areas set up by the Organiser (bars and restaurants).

Cloakroom
Visitors are kindly requested to use the cloakroom for storing clothes and personal items. In order to maintain hygiene in the exhibition centre, the use of other unauthorised areas for this purpose is prohibited.

Covid-19 point
A Covid-19 point will be set up outside the stand area, near the Info Point. This area will accommodate people who have a temperature higher than 37.5 °C and those who have or suspect to have symptoms of Covid-19 during their stay in the exhibition area. For all other medical emergencies, please refer to the infirmary facilities inside the Oval Pavilion.
