Oelle – Mediterraneo Antico Prize

Promoted since 2022 by the namesake Foundation of Catania, the prize selects one artist who will participate in a residency in Sicily, culminating in the development of a new project exploring the intersection of contemporary Mediterranean cultures and artistic languages.

In 2025, the prize was awarded to Thomias Radin (presented by the gallery Esther Schipper, Berlin, Seoul, Paris) by an international jury composed of: Caterina Riva, Director, Museo MACTE, Termoli; Alberto Salvadori, Director and Founder, Fondazione ICA, Milano; Andrea Viliani, Director, MUCIV – Museo delle Civiltà, Roma.
