The VANNI occhiali #artistroom Prize 2025 has been awarded to Valentina Furian presented by the gallery UNA, Piacenza, Milano.

Launched by the brand VANNI occhiali in 2019, the prize selects the artist whose research offers an original perspective on reality, evoking an unexpected and surprising gaze, much like looking through a lens.

Jury: Nicolas Ballario, Journalist; Cristian Chironi, Artist; Fiammetta Griccioli, Curator, Pirelli HangarBicocca.
Their remarks: The poetics of Valentina Furian stands out for a capacity to explore and connect the relationship between body and gaze, human and post-human dimensions, generating novel visions that enter a dialogue with the experimental and innovative research of Vanni.

 VANNI #artistroom Prize continues the exploration of possible cross-pollination between the brilliance of contemporary art and eyewear design. The winner receives a cash prize of 2,500 euros and has the opportunity to collaborate on the design of a capsule collection of artist’s eyewear, produced in a limited edition. The new capsule collection by the 2024 award winner Nicola Bizzarri, presented by the gallery Fuocherello of Volvera (Torino), was unveiled during Artissima 2025 at the VANNI showroom in Piazza Carlina, Torino.
